The Railsbank office in Singapore is looking for some key new recruits to join its team.
Strategic Partnerships Director
A Strategic Partnerships Director is needed for SE Asia. The person chosen for this role will develop key local go-to-market partnerships whilst supporting global initiatives. They will also plan and oversee Railsbank’s entry into new markets, new sector verticals and product rails, outside of the normal sales process.
The ability to negotiate partnerships is vital and these will include: product partnerships (new product capabilities for the local market); go-to market partnerships (sales leads, co-marketing); and, developing partners into sales channels (sales leads).
The person will also be responsible for identifying and building both regional and global relationships, and these will be high touch and consultative. These engagements should lead to sales value propositions and commercial partnerships.
Senior Product Manager
Next up is a role for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall product roadmap across the region.
The person will build innovative products that delight Railsbank customers and which will lead to cross-functional teams managing products end-to-end in a collaborative effort between engineering, design, customer and operations teams.
Treasury and Payments Operations Senior Manager
And then there’s a need for a Treasury and Payments Operations Senior Manager who will be a key member of the Treasury and Payments team responsible for ensuring treasury activities are optimized to support our business and customers in the region.
They will monitor and instigate payment for customers and investigate queries relating to transactions.
